Passatge Montjuïc represents the regeneration of an area within the historic centre of Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. The project reopens a former dead-end passageway, reconnecting it with the historic centre as a pedestrian street, with 26 modern homes designed to blend seamlessly into their surroundings and a new public square that helps structure and connect the urban fabric.
